The reservation by email: until 9:30am 11 days before depature date.
We can NOT work for inquiry and reservation on Saturday, Sunday and national Holidays. (The flight of Skymark is able to be reserved by phone until 6 days before.)

Tickets are not available for same day round trip.

Changes to reservation are not permitted at anytime after booking.

When you purchase round trip ticket at the same time, cancellation to only one of the pair is not permitted.

20 - 8 days before departure	20% of the total amount
7 - 2 days before departure	30% of the total amount
1 day before departure	40% of the total amount
on the day of departure	50% of the total amount
after departure or no participation in tour	100% of the total amount
